The MEZZANA farm and the agritourism IL CASALETTO are located in Capitignano in the municipality of Montefranco in the province of Terni.
After reaching the village of Montefranco, a pretty and picturesque medieval village that domine the Nera Valley, you can easily drive through a woodland full of secular trees and, upon arrival, you are immersed in a true corner of paradise: lush, green, secluded and with an exceptional view of the valley below. 5 hectares of land surround it and embrace it: secular olive trees, fruit trees for every season of the year, a source of spring water and of course the woods, from inviting shadows and cool corners.

coming from Terni into S.S. 209 Valnerina towards Visso; at km.12,500 in Fontechiaruccia, hamlet of Montefranco, turn left (4 km). When you arrive in Piazza Enea Sbarretti, follow the directions for "Agriturismo il Casaletto" along Via delle Costarelle (paved road) for about 1.5 Km until you reach the left turn signal leading to the dirt road that ends at the farmhouse. 
coming from Rome via A1 Roma - Firenze - Orte exit; continue towards Terni-Spoleto; Follow S.S.3 Flaminia towards Spoleto up to km. 109.00; turn right for Montefranco (4 km). When you arrive in Piazza Enea Sbarretti, follow the directions for "Agriturismo il Casaletto" along Via delle Costarelle (paved road) for about 1.5 Km until you reach the left turn signal leading to the dirt road that ends at the farmhouse. 
coming from Florence A1 Firenze - Roma - exit Valdichiana; continue direction Perugia - Foligno; from Foligno follow the S.S.3 Flaminia direction Spoleto - Terni to km. 109.00; at 14 km. after Spoleto, turn left for Montefranco (4 km) from the Marche: on the S.S. 77 Valdichienti (Civitanova - Foligno), in the town of Muccia, enter S.S.209 Valnerina; take it for about 77 km. to the village of Fontechiaruccia in the municipality of Montefranco; turn right for Montefranco (4km). When you arrive in Piazza Enea Sbarretti, follow the directions for "Agriturismo il Casaletto" along Via delle Costarelle (paved road) for about 1.5 Km until you reach the left turn signal leading to the dirt road that ends at the farmhouse. you arrive at the house by taking a dirt road of about 500 meters.
